Can I return or exchange my product?
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on items that are made to order. Returns and exchanges won’t be accepted for any tumblers due to hygiene issues. That being said, if you are not happy with your order please contact us and we will do our very best to correct the issue and make sure that you are pleased with you experience.
What if I'm unhappy with the product?

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we do not offer any cancellations. Once you place your order, that item is removed form inventory and will soon be heading your way.
How fast will my order be processed and shipped?
Our store policy is 5-7 days for processing, then however fast USPS can get it to you. We do however do our very best to get your item packaged and delivered to the post office as soon as possible, most often next day. This isn’t always possible due to our busy schedules and depending on what item you order, but it will always ship no later than 7 business days if it is NOT a customized order. Customized orders take a little longer to process. Epoxy and products we use can be tricky and need time to cure. My current TAT for customized orders is currently 2-4 weeks.
